Whisk the eggs (4 pcs) with milk (60 g), salt, and black pepper. Divide the mixture evenly into 2 bowls.

If using frozen spinach (40 g), fully thaw it and squeeze out the excess liquid. Finely chop the dill (2 sprigs) and parsley (2 sprigs). Mix the spinach and herbs with half of the egg mixture.

Grease the baking dish with ghee (14 g). Pour the spinach and herb mixture into the dish.

Preheat the air fryer to 185 °C and bake the omelet for 17 minutes. In the middle of cooking, when prompted, carefully pour in the remaining egg mixture and finish baking until done.

Before serving, let the omelet cool slightly. Serve immediately, either directly in the dish or transferred to a plate, as desired.
