Walnut Truffles
Protein, fiber, and healthy fats make this dessert satisfying, while its fruit or chocolate component adds a clear flavor. Walnuts provide protein, fat, and a pronounced nutty flavor, while milk powder adds protein and a creamy base. White chocolate binds the mixture, and coconut flakes add texture, so the small truffles are dense and filling.
