Cauliflower mousse
A source of fiber and vitamins, this cauliflower mousse has a creamy texture and a light citrus flavor. Ideal for a low-carb diet and maintaining health.

Break the cauliflower (100 g) into small florets and boil for 5–10 minutes with the lid on, until it becomes soft. After that, cool the cauliflower to room temperature.
