Combine butter (100 g), 35% cream (100 g), and allulose (100 g) in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly.
Mix dry coconut milk powder (100 g) with cocoa powder (75 g) in a deep bowl. Pour in the hot cream mixture and stir until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a food bag, cool it to room temperature, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Divide the set mixture into 12 pieces and shape the truffles.
Roll the candies in cocoa powder (22 g) and chill again for 1 hour.
