To prepare Chimichurri sauce, you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 1/2 yellow or green bell pepper
- 1 green chili pepper
- 225 ml olive oil
- 125 ml chopped fresh parsley
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- salt and pepper to taste
