Cut the pork (600 g) into medium-sized pieces.

Mix allulose (30 g), sugar-free mustard (15 g), minced garlic (10 g), salt, and black pepper.

Add the pork to the marinade, mix thoroughly, and let it sit for 1-2 hours.

Place the meat on the grill rack of the air fryer and bake at 200 °C for 25-30 minutes. During cooking, turn the pieces occasionally.

Serve hot while the meat is juicy and the mustard crust is slightly caramelized.
