Cube the watermelon flesh (900 g). Wash the sweet cherry (300 g), halve and pit them, then add them to the watermelon.
Wash and finely chop the mint (5 g), then gently mix it with the fruit.
Mix the lime juice and zest (50 g), stevia (20 g), and sea salt (1 g) into a smooth dressing. Pour it over the fruit and mix gently.
