Wash and dry the prunes (12 pcs) thoroughly. Chop the walnuts (50 g) together with the garlic (1 clove) in a blender, mortar, or simply finely chop with a knife. Mix with the cream cheese (80 g) until you have a homogeneous filling.

It’s better to use prunes moderately here: there are only a few for the entire volume of the appetizer, but for strict keto, this option is more for rare serving in small portions.

Stuff the prunes with the cheese and nut mixture. Wrap each fruit in a slice of bacon (12 pcs) and place on a rack or in a baking dish in the air fryer.

Preheat the air fryer to 195 °C and bake for 8 minutes until the bacon is browned. In the middle of cooking, when prompted, flip the rolls.

Serve immediately while the bacon is hot and crispy.
