    Wash and dry the kale (2 bunches) thoroughly. Then tear the leaves into small pieces and place them in a large bowl.

    Sprinkle the kale with salt (to taste) and mix well.

    Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. Brush the paper with a small amount of ghee, then evenly spread the kale leaves on the baking sheet, trying not to overlap them.

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Place the baking sheet with the kale in the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes.

    Watch the process to ensure the kale does not dry out. Your goal is to achieve crispy leaves while maintaining their green color.

    Once the chips are ready, remove them from the oven and drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice (to taste).

    Let them cool slightly.
