This high-protein keto frittata uses navaga fillet, spinach, eggs, egg whites and mild spices. It is light, filling and suitable for a low-carb breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Prepare the ingredients: navaga fillet (100 g), table salt (2 g), turmeric (2 g), paprika (2 g), chicken egg (60 g), dried garlic (2 g), spinach (30 g) and egg white (80 g).

Marinate the navaga fillet with salt, part of the turmeric and paprika for 2 minutes. Whisk the egg, egg white, spinach, dried garlic and the remaining spices. Place the fish in a silicone mold, pour the egg mixture over it and bake at 190 °C for 17-20 minutes.
