Melt the chocolate (300 g) together with the butter (170 g) in short bursts in the microwave or in a water bath.
Beat the eggs (4 pcs) with the sweetener (35 g). Optionally, add salt (2 g) to enhance the flavor.
Combine the egg mixture with the melted chocolate. Add cocoa powder (1 tbsp) and baking powder (5 g). Mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into a 16 cm diameter mold. Bake at 160°C for about 30 minutes.
Brownies can be baked until a dry skewer comes out or left moist inside.
In the first case, you will get a classic cake, in the second — a dense chocolate mass after cooling. Both options are considered correct.
