Cut the chicken fillet or boneless thigh (500 g) into small cubes.

Add eggs (2 pcs) and mix.

Add flaxseed flour (3 tbsp).

Season with salt and spices to taste. Add chopped herbs (to taste). If desired, add mushrooms (100 g).

For a heartier option, add grated cheese (50 g) or finely grated zucchini (100 g).

Mix the mixture and place it in a mold greased with melted butter (1 tbsp).

Bake at a temperature of 170–180°C for 20–30 minutes until cooked through.

Before serving, sprinkle with fresh herbs (10 g).
