Lazy Cabbage Rolls in Tomato Sauce with Yogurt

Prepare the ingredients: turkey mince (50 g), ground beef (50 g), chicken egg (60 g), white cabbage (30 g), carrot (30 g), khmeli-suneli (2 g), table salt (5 g), natural yogurt (40 g), tomatoes in their own juice (120 g), mustard (10 g) and chicken broth (120 g).
Mix both types of mince with the egg, finely chopped baked cabbage and carrot, khmeli-suneli and part of the salt, then knead until dense. Shape small meatballs. In a saucepan, combine the tomatoes, chicken broth, mustard and remaining salt, then bring the sauce to a boil. Add the meatballs to the sauce and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Serve hot with natural yogurt.
