Drain the tuna (200 g). Mash the avocado (150 g) together with the tuna and add the lemon juice (5 g) right away so the flavor becomes brighter and the avocado stays fresher in color.

Finely dice the tomato (120 g) and the boiled egg (50 g). Add them to the tuna and avocado together with the cream cheese (70 g).

Season the spread with salt (2 g) and black pepper (1 g), then mix gently until it is even but not completely smooth. Serve right away or chill lightly.
