Chamomile cocoa is a soft hot drink made from chamomile tea and cashew milk. The cocoa is light, sugar-free, with a herbal hint of chamomile.
First, prepare cashew milk and chamomile tea with ginger and lemon.
In a saucepan, combine cashew milk (100 g), chamomile tea (100 g), and cocoa powder (2 g).
Heat almost to boiling, stirring constantly with a whisk. Pour into a cup. Optionally, add erythritol (6 g).
