Preparation and Cutting
Boil the green beans (300 g) until fully cooked. The cooking time depends on the thickness of the pods, but it usually takes about 5-7 minutes.
After that, drain the water and cool the beans.
While the beans are boiling, cut the boiled beef (180 g) into small cubes or strips.
Similarly, cut the tomato (150 g) and boil the eggs (2 pcs), then peel and dice them.
Preparing the Dressing
In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese (30 g), sour cream (20 g), soy sauce (10 g), whole grain mustard (1 tsp), and lemon juice (1 tsp).
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
Making the Salad
When all the ingredients are ready, combine them in a large bowl. Add the cooled beans, beef, diced eggs, and tomatoes.
If desired, add canned corn (80 g).
