Digestion time: 4 hour

Melt the cocoa butter (12 g) over low heat, add the cocoa mass (20 g), and stir until the chocolate base is completely smooth. Remove it from the heat so the mixture does not overheat.

Add the erythritol (20 g), flaxseed meal (10 g), cocoa powder (5 g), and coconut flour (5 g). Mix thoroughly; the mass should be thick and slide slowly from a spoon.

Spoon the chocolate mixture into small candy molds, placing a piece of almonds (10 g) into each cavity. Refrigerate the molds for about 30 minutes, until the candies are fully set.
