To prepare the chocolate sauce, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Heavy whipped cream (240 ml)
  • Dark chocolate no less than 85% (120 g)
  • Butter (20 g)
  • Vanillin (1 tsp or to taste)
  • Stevia or another sweetener (to taste)

Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Set the saucepan over a double boiler and constantly stir the contents. This will allow the chocolate and cream to blend well and melt evenly.

When all the ingredients become homogeneous, you will have a sauce that is quite liquid but incredibly delicious.

Don’t forget to taste the sauce and, if necessary, add stevia or another sweetener to your liking.
