Ingredients: cabbage (1000 g), onion (100 g), sunflower oil (45 g), bay leaf (5 g), tomato paste (45 g), table salt (to taste), black pepper (to taste).
Shred the cabbage, put it into a pan with the sunflower oil and simmer over low heat, turning the layers from time to time.
After ten minutes add the finely chopped onion and continue simmering until the cabbage is soft, adding a little water and stirring periodically.
