Tuna Tartare with Avocado
Raw tuna and avocado are diced to the same size for a neat tartare texture. Soy sauce, sesame oil, capers, and red onion give this chilled appetizer a bright flavor without cooking. Tuna provides complete protein, while avocado adds fat and fiber.
