Recalculate the sweetener. (Stevia)
Blend the cottage cheese (200 g) with the currants (100 g) until smooth.
Pour in the milk (190 g), brought to a boil with the sweetener (35 g), and continue to whip.
In a separate bowl, dissolve the gelatin (10 g) in the milk (40 g) (let it sit for 15 minutes). Then heat it without boiling and pour it into the cottage cheese mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Place in the refrigerator overnight to stabilize.
