Break the broccoli (50 g) into small florets. Boil the broccoli, shrimp (40 g), and mussels (40 g) in lightly salted water for about 2 minutes, then cool them quickly.

Slice the cucumbers (30 g) into rounds and the zucchini (30 g) into thin half-moons. Wash and dry the salad mix (40 g).

Combine the vegetables and seafood with the yogurt miso mayonnaise (20 g), then season with salt (1 g) and black pepper (0.5 g). Toss gently and sprinkle with the seed mix (3 g) before serving.
