Cut the turkey (500 g) into five steaks and pound them lightly if desired.
Mix the sour cream 30% (100 g) with grated garlic (6 g), season with table salt (to taste), black pepper (to taste), and curry (to taste). Coat the steaks with the sauce and leave them for 20 minutes.
Grate the mozzarella (80 g) and cover the steaks with it. Bake at 180 °C for 25 minutes. If the cheese darkens too quickly, cover the dish with foil.
