Cauliflower salad with nutritional yeast is quick, crisp and savory. The thinner the cauliflower is sliced, the better it mixes with the dressing.

Slice cauliflower (200 g) very thinly. Add grated garlic (5 g), nutritional yeast (16 g), sea salt (2 g) and black pepper (1 g).

Dress with olive oil (15 g) and mix. Add iceberg lettuce (20 g) just before serving if desired, so it stays fresh.
