Cut beef liver (450 g) into large cubes and onion (150 g) into small pieces. Prepare bacon (24 g) in short strips.
Cook bacon (24 g) in a skillet for 2-3 minutes so it releases some fat and lightly browns. Transfer it to a plate.
Add ghee (28 g) to the skillet together with onion (150 g). Cook for 2 minutes until the onion starts turning translucent.
Add beef liver (450 g), season with salt (4 g) and black pepper (2 g), then fry for 8-10 minutes until done. Return bacon (24 g), stir and serve hot right away.
