Add the herbs, sugar-free mustard (30 g), olive oil (70 g), apple cider vinegar (20 g), salt (3 g), black pepper (2 g), garlic, and ginger to a blender cup.

Blend until smooth. Store covered in the refrigerator and use for salads, baked vegetables, and cold appetizers.
