Bounty candies (simple recipe)
A source of healthy fats and fiber, these candies are rich in antioxidants thanks to dark chocolate and coconut. Their rich chocolate flavor combined with coconut sweetness makes them the perfect dessert for a keto diet.
Mix coconut flakes or the pulp after squeezing coconut milk (100 g) with butter or coconut oil (50 g).

Add Ceylon cinnamon (1/2 tsp).
Form balls and place them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
For the glaze, melt sugar-free chocolate, at least 99% (70 g).
You can also melt cocoa butter (2 tbsp) with cocoa powder (2 tbsp) and add stevia to taste.
Cool the glaze and dip the frozen coconut balls into it. Transfer the candies to parchment paper and let them set in the refrigerator.
To ensure the glaze is smooth and shiny, do not overheat the chocolate and dip the candies quickly.
