Cut the beef (800 g) into pieces and grind it through a meat grinder with a medium grate.

Add salt (5 g), black pepper (2 g), and finely chopped red onion (80 g) to the minced meat. Mix the minced meat well with your hands.

Wet your hands, form patties, and flatten them into thick round burger-shaped patties.

Place the patties on a well-heated skillet. Put a press on top, such as a saucepan with water, and fry for 1.5 minutes.

Flip the patties and fry for another 1.5 minutes on the other side. The finished patties can be served on a leaf of iceberg lettuce or used as a base for a keto burger.
