Combine sockeye salmon mince (1000 g) with egg (50 g), add grated garlic (15 g), salt, and dried parsley. Mix and let the mixture stand for 10 minutes.
Shape 12 patties. Heat olive oil (30 g) in a skillet and fry the patties over medium heat for 5 minutes per side, until browned and the fish is fully cooked.
Remove the patties from the heat, cover, and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
