To prepare cowboy sauce, you will need the following ingredients:
- Butter (200 g)
- Garlic, finely chopped (2 cloves)
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped (2 tablespoons)
- Fresh green onion, finely chopped (1 tablespoon)
- Fresh horseradish, grated (1 tablespoon)
- Dried thyme (1 teaspoon)
- Paprika (1 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Cayenne pepper (1 pinch)
Melt the butter (200 g) in a saucepan over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add all the ingredients to it.
Whisk the sauce vigorously until it thickens. Reduce the heat towards the end of the process.
If the sauce doesn’t reach the desired consistency, just whisk it again.
