Cut chicken breast fillet (600 g) into large pieces. Add lemon juice (20 g), table salt (4 g), black pepper (1 g), garlic (15 g) and fresh rosemary (8 g). Mix well.
Wrap each chicken piece in bacon (180 g) and secure with a skewer if needed. Place on a baking tray.
Hard cheese (60 g) can be added inside before wrapping with bacon if you want a juicier filling.
Bake at 190 °C for 25-30 minutes, until the bacon is browned and the chicken is cooked through.
