Make a neat incision in the chicken breast (1 piece) to create a pocket. Then, stuff this pocket with pesto sauce (80 g), distributing it evenly inside. After that, brush the surface of the breast with the remaining sauce.
Next, heat a pan with oil (25 ml) over high heat.
Once the oil is hot, place the prepared chicken breast in the pan and fry it on each side for about 40 seconds.
After frying, transfer the breast to a baking sheet and place it in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Bake for 12-13 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and juicy inside.
