Finely chop the garlic (20 g) and add it to the mixture. Also, chop the chili pepper (30 g) and add it to the sauce. After that, mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Rinse the chicken wings (1000 g) under cold water and carefully pat them dry with a clean towel.

Remove the first joint from each wing, then dip each chicken wing in the prepared sauce to ensure they are well coated.

Place the marinated wings on a baking sheet, trying not to overlap them. Any remaining sauce can be evenly drizzled over the chicken pieces.

Preheat the oven to 180°C and place the baking sheet with chicken wings inside. Bake them for 20-25 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
