    Cashew nuts (59 g) need to be soaked in cold water for 6 hours.

    After 6 hours, drain the water and place the nuts in a blender. Add drinking water (70 ml) and lemon juice (1 tbsp). Blend everything until smooth.

    Next, add dried herbs (1 tsp), salt, and pepper to taste (1-2 pinches each).

    Use the blender again to mix all the ingredients until you achieve a homogeneous consistency.

    Store the mayonnaise in the refrigerator for no more than 2-3 days.
