This refreshing and healthy ice cream is perfect for those who follow a keto diet. The combination of creamy avocado and tangy lime creates a unique flavor that will leave no one indifferent.

Using a blender, puree the avocado (50 g) and add lime juice (0.5 tablespoon) to it.

In a deep bowl, whip the cream (150 g) and stevia (28 g) with a mixer until soft peaks form.

Then, add the avocado puree to the cream and mix well. The avocado puree will add creaminess and richness to the flavor.

Transfer the resulting mixture to a freezing container. Make sure the container is tightly closed to avoid ice crystal formation.

Place the container in the freezer and let the ice cream freeze for 4-6 hours.
