Cut the beef liver (750 g) into pieces. Slice the onion (300 g) into half rings.
Place a bay leaf (3 pcs.) at the bottom of each pot. Tightly layer the liver and onion, filling the pots about halfway. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix sour cream 30% (100 g) with tomato paste (15 g). Spread the sauce over the liver.
Cover the pots with lids and place them in the air fryer. Cook at 200 °C for 30-40 minutes, until the liver is fully cooked and tender.
Serve hot directly in the pots or transfer to plates along with the onion and sauce.
