Grind the chicken liver (500 g) in a blender or meat grinder. Add salt (to taste), spices (to taste), onion (1 piece), and garlic (1 clove).

If desired, you can also add sautéed grated carrot (0.5 piece) and cheese (50 g).

Mix in flaxseed flour (2 tbsp without a heap) and egg (1 piece). Thoroughly mix the mass.

Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper using a spoon. Bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
