Melt the butter (60 g), add the 99% chocolate (30 g), and stir until smooth. Mix in the cream cheese (70 g).
Combine the almond flour (100 g) with erythritol (40 g), add the egg (50 g) and the chocolate mixture. Divide the batter between four greased tartlet molds about 10 cm wide.
Bake the tartlets at 170°C for about 20 minutes. Cool them, remove them from the molds, and decorate with pecans (30 g).
