This smoothie with zucchini pesto and celery is savory, thick and closer to a cold green soup-drink.

Prepare zucchini pesto (50 g) first. Slice celery (35 g) and put it into a blender. Add spinach (20 g), Greek yogurt (100 g), water (100 g), flaxseed or flax meal (15 g), sea salt (1 g) and pesto.

Blend until completely smooth and serve immediately.
