Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Melt the butter (60 g) and let it cool slightly.

Grate the cheese (90 g) on a fine or medium grater. Add the cheese to the warm butter and mix.

Add coconut flour (30 g), flaxseed flour (40 g), baking powder (1 tsp), and salt (to taste). Mix until smooth.

Add the eggs (3 pcs) one at a time, mixing well each time.

Let the dough rest for 10–15 minutes. The consistency will be a bit runny — this is normal.

Prepare the baking pans: use silicone, foil, or ceramic pans lined with crumpled parchment paper.

Divide the dough into two pans. Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top (if desired).

Bake for 60 minutes at 180 °C until firm and golden brown.

Let the bread cool completely before slicing.
