Rinse the turkey liver (300 g) and remove the membranes. Chop the onion (100 g) and grate the carrot (100 g).

Fry the liver with the onion and carrot in sunflower oil (15 g) for 15 minutes. Add table salt (to taste), black pepper (to taste), and smoked paprika (2 g).

Transfer the liver and vegetables to a blender, add the butter (80 g), and blend until smooth.

Chill the pate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
