Mix the garlic (9 g), allulose (18 g), fish sauce (30 g), sugar-free soy sauce (15 g), black pepper (2 g), and olive oil (15 g). Rub the marinade over the pork ribs (1200 g) and leave them for 30 minutes.

Place the ribs on a rack or tray and cook until tender and well browned for about 35-40 minutes at 200°C. If using an outdoor grill, keep the heat medium and turn the ribs as they color.

Brush the ribs once more with the released marinade at the end and let the meat rest for 5 minutes. Serve hot with herbs, salad, or other low-carb vegetables.
