Clean the tiger shrimp (500 g), leaving the tails on. Cut each shrimp along the back and remove the intestinal vein.
Marinate the shrimp in lime juice (2 tbsp), avocado oil (2 tbsp), salt (to taste), add minced garlic (2 cloves) and rosemary (a pinch). Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Preheat the grill pan and grill the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side.
Before serving, drizzle with lime juice (1 tbsp). Serve with guacamole sauce.
