    Take the eggs (2 pcs) and separate the whites from the yolks.

    In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with the addition of salt (1/3 tsp) using a mixer until stiff peaks form.

    In another container, gently mix the yolks with a fork. Then add them to the beaten egg whites, also adding psyllium (20 g).

    Carefully fold all the ingredients together with a spatula.

    Let the batter rest for 20 minutes. During this time, it will become thicker and easier to shape.

    After that, use a spoon to transfer the batter into muffin molds or shape buns with wet hands.

    If desired, sprinkle the top with sesame seeds.

    Bake the buns in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.

    Baking time may vary depending on the oven.

    After cooking, let the buns cool completely.
