In a bowl, mix 20% cream (120 ml), 20–30% sour cream (50 g), grated hard cheese (70 g), and Provencal herbs (to taste).

Transfer the turkey to a baking dish.

Pour the creamy mixture over the meat.

Top with cherry tomatoes (200 g).

Bake for 15–20 minutes until the turkey is cooked and has a light golden crust.
