Clean the squid (3 pcs) and immerse them in boiling water for 5 minutes. Do not overcook, so the meat does not become tough.
Chop the onion (1 pc) and mushrooms (200 g). Sauté them in butter or ghee (20 g) until golden brown. Add salt and spices to taste.
Cool the filling and stuff the squid with it. If desired, secure the edges with toothpicks.
Place the squid in a baking dish and bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes, until cooked through.
You can also brown the stuffed squid in a pan with a lid for 7-8 minutes.
