Grind beef (300 g) and shape it into two flat patties. Render lard (50 g) over medium heat, set the cracklings aside, and fry the patties in that fat for 4-5 minutes per side.

Slice tomato (100 g) into rounds and sear it for 2 minutes on one side. Melt cheddar (50 g) in a dry pan, then stack the burger with patties, tomato, and cheese, finishing with the cracklings on top.
