Add coconut milk (400 g) and egg yolks (2 pcs.) to a saucepan. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and place the saucepan over medium heat.

Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 10 minutes to thicken slightly.

Meanwhile, break 85% chocolate (75 g) into small pieces and add it to the saucepan. Then add vanilla extract or vanillin (1 teaspoon). Wait for the chocolate to completely melt.

Once the chocolate has melted, whisk the liquid mixture until smooth. Then pour the resulting mixture into glasses or portion molds.

Chill the pudding for at least two hours before serving.
