Finely chop the onion (30 g) and cauliflower (70 g).

Mix the ground turkey (400 g), prepared vegetables, salt (3 g), black ground pepper (2 g), and chicken egg (1 pc). Knead the mixture well until it reaches a dense, sticky consistency.

Form round patties of about 120 g each. Slightly press the center of each patty with the bottom of a glass to create a tart shape.

Sprinkle the patties with almond flakes (10 g). Preheat the oven to 180 °C, place the patties inside, and bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.

If the patties are large, increase the baking time to 23 minutes.
