Cut pressed tofu (400 g) into small sticks.
Cut nori (15 g) into strips, briefly moisten them with water, and wrap each tofu stick. Trim the protruding edges.
Grease a skillet with mustard oil (5 g) and fry the sticks over medium heat for about 1 minute on each side.
